TTRacing Guardian Gaming Floorpad - Stormtrooper Edition

the gaming floor pad is quite beautiful, tempted to hang on the wall instead

Great quality and very detailed

I contemplated buying this for a few weeks, trying to justify the need of something to protect the floor at a price point that is higher than many other products I’d been looking at.
Once I received the item I did not regret it at all. The quality of the material stands out straight away, it’s very well made. The white stormtrooper picture pops, as is a feature of my office. It’s thick enough to protect the floor, but not in a way that inhibits the movement of the chair.
From ordering to delivery it was a seamless and hassle free experience, and the communications with the team around cleaning and maintenance of the mat have been second to none. I cannot recommend ttracing highly enough.
My only issue, and to be clear this is my issue and not the products. Have a serious thought about purchasing a predominantly white product if it’s in a high traffic area or you have little furry friends that will leave paw print all over it after their walks. I will be buying a second mat so I can rotate them to keep them clean, but my next one most definitely will not be white

You sent the wrong matt. We emailed customer service. No response..
Lucky my partner likes it anyway

I requested a return the same day my order was delivered for an unused Stormtrooper floor pad, and it was still denied.

The item arrived in an already opened and damaged box with cut tape and creased cardboard. The product itself was never used and remained rolled and sealed in plastic, but the packaging condition raises concerns about whether it was factory-sealed.

The product description is also misleading by omission. It does not clearly disclose that this “floor pad” is made from a soft polyester fabric similar to a desk mousepad, not a traditional chair mat. Important details about firmness, suitability for rolling chairs on carpet/rugs, and care or cleaning instructions are not provided.

Despite acting immediately and never using the product, the return was classified as a “change of mind” and denied. This leaves customers assuming all the risk with little transparency or flexibility. Very disappointing for a premium-priced product.
