Great Chair but Service needs improving

I got the chair at the COMEXIT Fair for the office. I like the colour and it is comfortable.

However, the delivery service has been poor with conflicting messages.

I was informed at the fair that the delivery would take between 3-5 working days.
The following week, I was informed that the chair was out of stock and would be delivered 3 weeks later.

I had explicitly informed TTRacing both at the fair and on email that we were away for few days the following week and no one would be there to take delivery of the chair. Hence I agreed for the chair to be delivered 3 weeks later.

However, the next day, when we were away, I received a notification from the delivery driver that the chair was being delivered. I had to frantically text the driver to deliver the following week.

The following week when we got back, TTRacing messaged that the delivery would be delayed due to backlog. I messaged the delivery driver and the chair was delivered the next day.

However, we were not informed that we had to assemble the chair ourselves. TTRacing messaged that assembly would cost an additional $50. We ended up assembling the chair ourselves.

Now, at the COMEXIT Fair, I had purchased another office chair from another Company. They delivered and assembled their chair the next morning. They only charged an extra $10. They were fast, efficient with no conflicting messages. TTRacing can do better.
