How Long Does It Take To Deliver?

Our logistic is always ready to ship out all orders on the same day. Our cut-off time is usually 2pm. Orders before 2pm will be shipped out on the same day, while orders beyond that will be shipped on the next day under normal circumstances, unless stated otherwise (under product description). but please allow another additional day in case of delay,  delivery takes 3-7 working days. Courier working days are from Monday - Saturday, while it is off on Sunday.

How To Trace My Order?

You will receive a tracking number in your email once we have shipped it out which includes the link where you may trace your order.

Which couriers do you use? 

We work with reliable courier partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently:
- Direct Couriers
- Australia Post
- Allied Express
Please note that we deliver using ATL (Authority to Leave) as the default method. This means the courier may leave your parcel at your doorstep or a safe spot if no one is available at the time of delivery. This helps reduce missed deliveries and speeds up the process. If delivery fails due to access issues or unclear instructions and requires redelivery, reshipping fees may apply.

The shipping fee paid covers the cost of delivery to you, excluding any applicable local taxes and duties. Make sure you are aware of any potential taxes and duties that may be imposed on you.
